If you apply within 90 days of yoyr group health benefits ending, your acceptance is guaranteed upon receipt of premium payment – without a medical questionnaire or exam! (Applications submitted after the 90-day period will require full medical underwriting.
Association plan
This plan is also designed to offer small or large associations and small businesses with an individual health and dental insurance plan.
Guaranteed Issue Enhanced plan
The Guaranteed Issue Enhanced plan is guaranteed acceptance at time of application, making it great for someone looking for comprehensive coverage, with a high drug limit and coverage for Lifestyle* drugs, without the need for a medical exam.
